How it all got Started!!!

Dwarf freshwater shrimp, also known as Neocaridina shrimp (Neocaridina davidi) is what I am raising here and I have 4 different tanks going at this time. I have Carbon Ril, Red, Blue Velvets and Orange and Yellow ( skittles tank).

So how did i get started? Well My best friend passed back in March 2024, Dodge my long time friend of 14 years. He was a lab pit with a dipstick tail and I was told no more pets, but i have fish and shrimp. I started my 1st skittle tank and they grew and had more babies.

Then in June 2024, Its a Shrimp life was born when I sold 1st shrimp and saw the love on the eyes of the 1st buyer.

I take care of these babies every day and love to see them grow up and have babies of their own. I haven't lost any shrimp for months now. I love giving shrimp advise and seeing other people's tanks. 

I hope someday to start a Jade green shrimp line.

Also I have 3 Gold Fish and 6 rosy loaches that have their own tank. Below and also the picture next to it when I made my 2nd shrimp tank for the Oranges and Yellows.

I started with 3 Goldfish and that lovely orange and Yellow tank but then In November i took a new approach. 
Now, I have Also I have 5 Sunkist Platties, 4 Panda Platties, 3 ottos, 3 red tail Guppies and 6 rosy loaches are in my 20 Gallon tank and my Blue and Orange shrimp live in a spilt tank with a Matte Filter, and I have Guppies in a white tote in my kitchen and Yellowbacks in their own 2.5 tank in breeding mode.

Currently, I am raising Guppies that have yellow tails, they are in my plant tote. They are looking for a new home as well. Got 4 pregant mothers already.

That's a start into my world.
